Nightly rate is standard for 7 nights or more. When the stay is less than 7 days then the nightly price is higher in order to cover turnover costs of linens, cleans, supplies, and management. So a 1 night stay will be much higher per night, than a 6 night stay. But a 6 night stay will only be slightly higher than the normal per night stay for a week. This allows for the works to be covered, but as well allot something to the owner for the actual rental stay and their costs i.e. electricity, water, etc.
