An additional £10 per week per person for cleaning, change of bed linen and pool maintenance (50% for children under 5) is paid direct to the owner 8 weeks before the start of your rental. At the same time a refundable security deposit of £150 per week is also paid direct to the owner.
If you cancel your booking a refund will only be given if the owner is able to re-let the property.
