Deposit:A non-returnable deposit of £250 must be received within seven days of our confirmation email. This can be by online bank transfer, or by cheque. If the deposit is not received within this time we cannot guarantee holding the apartment for you.The balance is to be paid eight weeks prior to departure. Again, we can take a cheque, or online bank transfer. If the balance is not received we reserve the right to offer the dates to other interested parties.Cancellation:In the event of cancellation for any reason, we are unable to make any refunds. It is therefore advisable to obtain holiday insurance to cover any loss.Should through circumstances beyond our control (earthquake, fire etc.) the apartment not be available to you, a full refund will be made.Damages deposit:A deposit of £200 will be required to cover any breakages or damage caused by you or your party whilst using the apartment. This will be returned to you within 7 days of you return.
To make a reservation: Booking requests can be made by email or telephone. If the apartment is available we will hold the reservation for you for up to 48 hours while travel arrangements are made. Please complete the booking form, including flight details and the names of each of the guests. We will then confirm your booking by email.
