Prices are per week and include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating. Changeover day is generally a Friday for week breaks and either a Friday or Monday for short breaks. However we can be flexible so please ask. Lettings are from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on your departure day. A non refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm booking and the balance is due 28 days before arrival. Full payment is required at time of booking if booking is made less than 28 days before arrival. Payment methods - cheques, bank transfer or paypal.
