Over and above 4 people are charged at & £70 pp pw extra. The villa is also perfect for a small family. Rents for Christmas and New Year at request. A basic welcome package will be made available at your request until you can shop the next day and charged at the price of purchase. A deposit of 25% of your rental price secures your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival, together with a £250 refundable security bond, subject to any losses or damage.
