Terms and Conditions Monthly rent includes: water, electricity, wireless internet access, cable TV, land line, golf cart use and three bicycles. Also included: use of fitness center, swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, tennis courts, athletic court, pickle ball, shuffle board, lawn bowling, pool tables, card room, club room etc.For a very small amount you can join craft workshops, gym classes, computer room, golf practice facilities. Ask for current golf course rates.Minimum rent 1 month.Cleaning Fee: We charge 200 US Dollars for cleaning.Booking/Damage Deposit: There is a refundable booking/damage deposit of at least 300 US Dollars (depending on length of stay).
