We request a deposit of 20% of the value of your booking, the balance is payable 12 weeks in advance of the start of your booking. We are happy to accept a cheque or bank transfer. All payments should be in GBP sterling.
Any cancellation will be charged at full rate if cancellation is within 4 weeks of the start of your booking.
Guests cancelling up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment.
Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 25% of the balance payment.
The booking deposit is always non-refundable.
