Payment by BACS or cheque. We require a 25% deposit, with the remainder paid six weeks before the holiday. Cancellation: For cancellations made more than thirty days before the first day of the planned holiday, any payment already made, other than the 25% deposit, will be returned to the customer.If a cancellation is made less than thirty days before the first day of the planned holiday and we are unable to re-rent the cottage for the duration of that holiday, payment will not be refunded.We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any late cancellations.
