Discounted rates may be available for rentals that are longer than two weeks. Please note that the price quoted is for 6 people only.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form, together with a deposit of 25% of the rental cost. The balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £800 is payable two weeks before arrival and refunded within 2 weeks of departure before arrival, which will be returned less any charges for utilities such as electricity or telephone if used. Final cleaning is £100.
