Bookings in Summer Peak commence 5pm on a SATURDAY & end at 10am on a SATURDAY - WE CAN'T OFFER MIDWEEK ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES IN SUMMER MONTHS, SORRY! (We can be more flexible in other months)
Final cleaning & fee and linen service charge: 500 euros additional
Heating & firewood included from mid October - mid May (additional fee applies if heating requested at other times).

Pool opens 1 June to end-September (depending on weather).
Children aged 5+ welcome (or babies under 1 year). Baby gear available for small extra fee (portacot, highchair, baby bath)
Terms: 30% non-refundable deposit payable on booking confirmation. Balance due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking fee payable in full if confirmed within eight weeks of arrival.
