BOOKING CONDITIONS 1 Sorry but No Smoking within apartment (garden area or front balcony only please). 2 Guests to replace any small breakages, with matching items of the same quality. Other damages covered by separate deposit. 3 Guest to comply please with the community management regulations and to behave responsibly. 4 DO please confirm availability of apartment before booking flights. 5 Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week, to allow flights to be booked. 6 Booking only secured on receipt of 25% cleared deposit. 7 Balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before start date of holiday PLUS Breakages Deposit:- we ask for a separate refundable £200 breakages secured deposit cheque. 8.Cancellation:- Sometimes the worst happens and holidays get cancelled. Ideally a substitute date can be offered but in the event that this is not possible, the following terms apply:- 29 – 56 days before start date – 50% of rental balance refunded Deposit is non returnable so travel insurance to cover cancellation is recommended.
