PRICES are fully inclusive of all costs such as utilities (including air-conditioning), local taxes, Internet access (wi-fi), cleaning, towels, bedding and laundry. Cots & High Chairs available, not charged .
The pool can be heated on request and a pool heating fee of 250,00 euros will be due in cash in the check-in

CHARGES FOR CANCELLATIONS: deposit charged.
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT- 400 euros, due at the check-in. It is refunded at the check-out, except for late check-outs (after 10:00pm and before 9:00am) that are refunded within 3 working days), providing there has been no breakages at the villa.
