The rent prices are for max. 6 persons ( inclusive children).

NOT included are:
towels ( please take yours or you can rent set of towels Euro 6.- / 1 person / week)
Use of washing machine: € 6, - per laundry (including washing powder )
Wood ( on consumption)
Heating (on consumption)
Family pets are permitted, under the following conditions:
- the pet owner will be responsible for the overall good behaviour of their pet;
- the pet will cause any damage to the property;
An additional fee of 30.- Euros/ 1 pet will be charged

Damage deposit of Euro 150,00 (in cash) for whole house is requested at the time of arrival ( It will be returned on departure).
