HOUSE RULES
Welcome to Hacienda Ses Caletes! I hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as I do. In order for you o enjoy your stay it si important that you read these instructions.
Respect the neighbors
Please respect the neighbors´peace and quiet. Local law don´t admit noise after 23:00 h. If this aspect is ignored the total amount of your deposit will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the premisses.
Please be responsible with your keys
If you lose any of the keys, the locksmith payment is 150€.
Bed linen and towels
Please be careful with make-up stains, red wine or stains from the red soil, etc. on the sofas, cushions, bed linen etc. These are all difficult to eliminate. If the item has been spoiled the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Household towels must not be used at he pool or be taken beach. (Towels for this purpose are available at a small cost)
Rubbish
Please deposit your daily rubbish in the public container in the road. This is to avoid swarms of ants entering the house and attracting the local cats . If rubbish bags are found to leave accumulated inside the house, on your leaving, 60€ will be deducted from your deposit.
Animals
Being in the countryside and there are a lot of ants around. Please, be careful not leave any food ( sugar, breadcrumbs, oil,…) on the table or on the floor, etc. Ants come quickly and…it is very difficult to get rid of them. It is happens, 60€ will be deducted from your deposit.
I would ask you not feed any cats which may appear. This has caused great problems in the past.
Pets
Pets are strictly not allowed unless there has been a previous agreement.
Breakages
If anything is broken or doesn´t work, please let me know as soon as possible. So much easier…Thanks! It would be, you will be charged the value of the item which has been broken, plus an extra charge of 20% to cover the inconvenience of replacing or ordering these items.
Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke inside the house. Although smoking is permitted outside the home on the condition that the ashtrays are used.
Check-out time
Check-out is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Early check-out: In the case of leaving it before that time there will be an extra charge of 150€
Late Check-out: Subject to previous agreement it would be possible to leave the premisses with an extra charge.
