We are happy to offer a low season discount of 20% for weekends starting in October to February inclusive and the third night half price on all bookings throughout the year. We can also offer this discount on any weekends that are booked within a month of your visit. DEPOSIT: We will be requiring a deposit of £300 from your credit or debit card to confirm your booking. This deposit will also act as the damage deposit to be refunded after your departure. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: By “Damage”, we mean not only the physical damage to the property, but also damage caused by irresponsible behavior that compromises our reputation as a stylish holiday home in the city of Bath. We need you to be considerate of your neighbours and not to make unnecessary noise or play loud music too far into the night. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful and leave the property and its reputation in good condition. YOUR FULL BALANCE: This will be taken 2 months or 60 days before your arrival date. We will send you another Confirmation at that point to let you know we have taken your balance and to touch base with your arrival plans. We can take this from your credit or debit card also. Be sure that everyone in your party is aware of this commitment before making your reservation. YOUR DEPOSIT: This will be refunded within the week of your departure (usually within 72 hours) CANCELLATION: In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £100 Administration Fee. However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith. It is advisable that you consider holiday insurance to cover this possibility.
