Towels and bed linen are included in the price. If you require a mid stay linen/towel change this will be an additional charge of £60 You are required to leave the property as clean and tidy as you found it. If you do not want to clean the property upon departure we can organise a cleaner in advance for you at a rate of £100. If guests haven't booked an end of stay clean but require a cleaning service at the last minute guests will have £150 deducted from their security bond to cover the cost of organising and delivering a cleaning service at short notice. A supplement of £100 per week will be made for parties exceeding six people (maximum group size - 8 people) We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros.
At Almond Barn we have a strictly no smoking policy except on the outside terrace. A refundable bond of 350€ is required in advance of your stay. The bond covers potential damages, missing / broken items and necessary cleaning. The bond will be repaid in full assuming the house is left as found. The bond will be repaid when the barn has been checked and the keys are returned safely to us - usually within two weeks of your stay. A 25% deposit on booking is required to secure the rental. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is required in full, 12 weeks prior to the holiday rental commencing. A meet and greet service is available. Alternatively keys can be sent out prior to rental and returned by guests at the end of the rental period. Mid stay linen and towel changes can be organised at an additional charge
