The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.   

Price increases will come into effect on the 1st June 2012.

***In December there is a £100 deposit per week required***

Full payment is required at time of booking. The preferred payment method is through PayPal.com.

Property is self-catering but cooks can be supplied at an additional cost of £10.00/US $15.00 per day plus the cost of any food purchased.

Prices include service charge.

WE WILL ACCOMMODATE YOU FOR SHORTER PERIODS OF TIME AT A DIFFERENT RATE.  FULL PAYMENT IS EXPECTED ON BOOKING.

IF A BOOKING IS MADE AT SHORT NOTICE THE FULL AMOUNT WILL NEED TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE.   A  SECURITY FEE IS CHARGED WHICH WILL BE RETURNED AFTER DEPARTURE WITH ANY DEDUCTIONS NECESSARY.  I.E. BREAKAGES, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR MISSING ITEMS.  AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THESE DETAILS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU.   INVENTORY LIST WILL BE AVAILABLE ON ARRIVAL OR CAN BE SENT VIA EMAIL.

IF PICK UP IS REQUIRED FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT THIS FACILITY IS AVAILABLE AT VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES.   CHEAPER THAN AIRPORT TRANSPORT.   COMFORT HAVEN DOES NOT BENEFIT FROM THIS ARRANGEMENT ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE DRIVER / ORGANISER.   DETAILS OF THIS FACILITY WILL BE GIVEN ON BOOKING.
