To secure your holiday you will need to pay 25% on booking if more than eight weeks in advance, then the balance including the security deposit of £150 eight weeks prior to your holiday. (Please note your security deposit will be paid back should there be no damages/breakages within a week of your return from your holiday).The Villa sleeps a maximum of 8 adults, two additional guests can be accommodated on a single bed and ' put you up' bed but they must be no older than 12 years of age .The Villa has steps and no stair gates installed so please take care if you have children under 5 years old, Small babies are welcome and cots and high chairs can be provided, Services provided by the Management Team include daily pool and garden cleaning, daily bread. Water for the machine is provided. Welcome pack (tea coffee milk sugar, cheese, eggs and bread) to save you the need to rush out when you first arrive. Molton Brown soap and lotion, mini shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Bath robes, bath, pool and beach towels and beach bags (for the beach towels\ provided to be taken and used away from the Villa) Wifi throughout, Apple TV, Bose speaker in all rooms. Prices are inclusive of daily clean and bed linen and towels changed on day 7 of a two week holiday. (more regularly at a small charge if required) If you would like the pool heating to be turned on the cost is 100 per week - please let us know in advance so we can arrange for it to be put on before yo\ur arrival to give it time to heat up If you would like a chief to come and cook for a dinner party for you or a BBQ this can also be arranged. Please let us know and we will get you prices and menu choices. In the mid and high season this can be very popular so it is better to book in advance. Airport transfers and car hire can also be arranged for you.
