THERE IS A STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY FOR THIS VILLA
• Deposit of 25% of the total agreed cost is payable in order to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
• The villa will be provisionally reserved for one week until the deposit is received.
• Bedlinen and Bath towels are included in the rental cost. Beach towels are not included.
• A meet and greet service and a mid holiday clean (for rentals over a week) is also included in the price.
• A security deposit of £500 will be payable with the balance of the rental (8 weeks before arrival ) and will be returned in full within 21 days of the end of your holiday, providing no major damage incidents occur. You must completely clean the BBQ after using it or there will be a £50 surcharge for cleaning that will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please also switch off air conditioning units when not in the villa and also before leaving the villa at the end of your vacation. If our cleaners find a particularly excessive uncleanliness we reserve the right to deduct further charges from your damage deposit.
