The price include: the rent of the apartment, the parking, the expences of electricity and heating and the city taxe. In winter is also included the rent of a cupboard to leave the skies and sky boots, in an appropriate room. A damage deposit of € 150 is required. The sheets and the towels are provided only on demand and cost € 15 per person and week.
