PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO PHONE IF YOU WOULD LIKE FURTHER INFORMATION OR TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WE REQUIRE A SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £400 payable when paying balance of holiday. This will be returned to you within 10 days of departure. If there has been damage to the cottage or its contents, keys having to be replaced or the cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition, an appropriate refund or invoice, will be sent to you.
We expect the cottage to be left reasonable clean and tidy. Please replace any small breakages with new items as close as possible in appearance to the original. If anything larger or difficult to replace is broken please let us know. Hot-Tub available all year, heated pool closed from November until end of March.
