Rates refer to 4 people occupation. For each additional person above 4 people and up to 5 people there will be an additional charge of Euro 35 per day.
2 weeks before arrival the guests should transfer the amount due and a guarantee deposit of 20% of total amount which will be held against damage to house, garden, furniture and fittings.
The security deposit will be given back upon departure after the owner has made sure the property has not been damaged.
