The villa can sleep 8 persons plus 2 babies/toddlers in travel cots (provided).
The main table shows weekly rates for up to 5 persons. For occupants over 5 persons, there is a supplement of £50 per person per week. For 2 or 3 persons, we may be able to reduce the weekly charges dependent on length of booking, season, etc. - contact us for a quote. Babies/Toddlers under 2 years of age using cots are FREE.
There is a supplement of £20 for hirers arriving/departing on a Sunday.
When comparing holiday property prices, please note that our rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE and you will not get any nasty shocks for extras at the end of your stay. Our prices include cleaning costs, bed/towel laundry costs, electricity (free allowance), mains water, bottled gas, internet access, and the services of a legally operating local agent if needed.
The usual minimum period of stay is 7 nights or more, but we can accommodate part-weeks over and above this period. The minimum is 5 nights stay which would be charged at the weekly rate.
