The final cleaning is 450EUR for 15 people, 400EUR for 10 people, and 350EUR for 6 people. During the winter months we charge an additional 18EUR per day for heating. The villa can hold a total of 15 guests in 7 bedrooms. During the off seasons, we also rent the villa for smaller groups of people at a reduced price, either for 10 people in 5 bedrooms or 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In this case, the unused bedrooms are locked. During the high season, however, the villa is only available for the full capacity. Please ask us for pricing.
