We are happy to offer 2 free infant spaces with any booking of 8 or over and will supply cots or cot bed for your use and all our baby equipment.
Please note there are free beach and sunbed towels for each guest.
Cleaning we supply inside and outside - Day 4/Day7/ Day11 on a 2 week for full occupancy holidays ( mid term cleans for small bookings on 2 wk holidays) - giving all parents a truly relaxing holiday.
We do not charge extra for our heated pool in large bookings of 6 plus, the heat pump is set at 30 degrees to achieve an average of 27/28 degree's plus free air con offering heat and cool the owners reserves a right to charge for larger bookings at busy times- eg school holiday/xmas/new year - from June- Sept - we can only charge forunder 4 persons early Dec/Jan and it will not have a heat pump added or free air con with cool and heat as it is not financially viable

We take a retainer deposit from your credit card of £250 to cover damage of our property. This will be returned to you immediately once we have inspected for any damage (minus agreed damages), once you have returned home. We supply full retainer conditions prior to booking.
Our minimum booking is 7 nights but some short durations may be on offer just email a request.
As we prefer to deal directly with our customers, for your peace of mind (and ours) and to ensure that our property will be exactly what you are looking for, we do not use the “Book Now” system, as this does not allow us to interact with clients. If you decide to book with us, we take a deposit via debit or credit card directly and securely, protecting you and us at all times. Please note, we cannot accept American Express. The only additional cost to use your card with us is 1.5% (£7.50 on a £500 per week deposit). We require full payment 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to accept bank transfer if preferred.
You will not need to hire a car as our villa is very close to all amenities and the nearest beach is just 700 metres away.
We accept bookings and charge per night eg - 16th- 30th July 2023- the last chargeable night is the 29th- 14 day holiday travelling home the 30th.. We .
We offer discounts for bookings over 4 weeks. We also have an on-call service for all emergencies.
We are happy to hold your chosen date -while you look for flights.
