Pricing is based on sleeping 12, lower rates outside of the peak weeks for groups of up to 8. Prices include bed linen and bathroom towels - please bring your own pool towels. A change of bed linen will be left at the house for you. 5% discount on the second and subsequent weeks when 2 or more weeks booked. Pets may be welcome (please ask). All prices are per week. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. 300€ security deposit.
