The prices quoted above have been discounted by up to 40% due to the Spa, bar and tennis facilities not yet being complete. For singles and couples occupancy rates will be reduced. Currently the Apartment is fully equipped and furnished with the main pools, decking areas and Reception, games room all available throughout the year. Please check with owner about facilities before booking.

A 20% deposit reserves the booking. Final payments are due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Late bookings by arrangement.

Payment can be made by Credit/debit card, PayPal, Telegraphic Transfer, personal cheque, cash or BACS payment. Money Wire not accepted. Payment can also be made in Euros if preferred.

Bedlinen and towels are provided in the apartment, the owners have also supplied 4 beach towels which should be washed at the end of your stay.
