Cleaning cost of 100 euros on departure. Cleaning can be arranged during visit as well.

Airport pick up is available for a charge for 65 euros each way. You can also use the train direct from Lamzia terme to Zambrone at a small charge about 5.70 euros for 1 person one way.

A non refundable deposit to be paid on booking and balance to be paid into account 14 days before your arrival.
All payments must be made by bank transfer to the owners nominated bank account in Euros and cost to be met by client
A refundable property and key deposit of 200 euros is paid to keyholder on arrival. The refund is subject to key return and satisfactory property inspection by keyholder at the end of your stay.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but maybe allowed on roof terrance.
Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking inside apartment permitted.
