We are pleased to offer a 10% discount for bookings over 3 weeks. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Balance of payment, together with a refundable £100 security deposit (to cover any losses or breakages) is required 4 weeks ahead of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Reasonable use of air conditioning is included at €50 per week, any usage over this amount is chargeable and will be taken out of the security deposit. Payment accepted by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. A tailor made welcome pack is available, cost dependent upon requirements. Beach and pool towels are not provided. It is the responsibility of the renter to arrange travel insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, personal loss or injury.
