• Airport transfer is available only on request, Alicante to el Pinet €25.00 each way.
• A bi-lingual speaking translator is on hand to assist with medical or emergency matters.
• Ensure that you obtain and carry your EHIC Health Card during your visit.
• For visitors intending to drive whilst in Spain, a full UK driving licence will be required.
• We do not arrange same day change over and have no restriction on your arrival or on your departure times, so you are free to enjoy your holiday in full.
• A Welcome pack is provided on request for late or weekend arrivals,
• For picnics or to relax on the beach, a cool box together with ice packs is provided.
• There is a charge of €60.00 for cleaning and laundry for up to 4 people sharing, which
must be paid on your arrival.
• A minimum non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, the deposit can be
paid in either Sterling or Euro and the remainder in Euros on arrival [cash]
• NB: Our prices do not differ during school holidays.
• Reservations are accepted subject to availability and may be held for 3 working days.
Deposit must be made within this time to confirm the booking.
• Once the booking is received and confirmed, you are liable for payment of the balance of the rent plus any additional charges 7 days before the start of your holiday.
• Under no circumstances may people or pets other than those authorised and agreed by the
owner or OCGR International Limited occupies the property.
• The owners or OCGR International reserve the right to reasonable access enter the property at any time.
• The owner reserves the right to amend prices quoted due to errors and/or omissions or currency fluctuations.
• Clients are reminded that they should ensure that they take out adequate holiday and travel insurance
for the duration of their holidays.
• For health and safety reasons, guest are requested not to smoke in inside the property
• It is your responsibility to keep us informed of changes to your email address.
• Keys are provided to the guest for the property on the understanding that they are responsible for it
whilst they are staying in it.
• There will be a charge for any lost keys and you will be responsible for any other expenses in relation
to replacing locks, locksmith call out charges etc.
• We will email to you all the information you need prior to your arrival. Please follow the instructions we
provide to avoid any confusion - please read them.
