Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

Conditions:
1) payment: 25% deposit upon confirmation through bank transfer; the balance 75% 45 days before the date of arrival (unless otherwise agreed)
2) cancellation policy: 60 days before your arrival date a cancellation fee of 25% ; between the 60th and the 31st day cancellation fee of 50%; by 31st day penalty of 100% of the balance
3) breakage deposit: we shall pre authorized by credit card €1000. In case of damage we shall deduct the amount from the pre authorized sum.
4) Payments required on departure: € 0.35 per kilowatt electricity and water € 1.00 per MC. The meter reading will be notified via phone text and charged via credit card. Kitchen left dirty on departure € 50.00;
5) villa Silvaredda has a compulsory charge of € 450 per booking which will include :bed linen and towels, garden maintenance and pool, gas consumption, final cleaning ; breakage deposit € 1000
6) Extra bed where accepted by written agreement € 200.00 per week.
7) Extra towels € 10 per person per week extra set of sheets per bed € 10
8) Pets are allowed in almost all villas and upon our written acceptance to € 50.00 per week per animal;
9) Cot €50 per week and high chair € 50.00 per week
10) Welcome Pack on request € 45.00: mineral water, milk, caffè, tea, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam, butter, ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, eggs, bottle of wine
11) Arrivals are on Saturdays unless agreed otherwise, and check out is by 10.00 am and check in is from 17.00
12) Rules for reservations: we must have the following data: composition of the group, couples, individuals and children and details of arrival and departure, mobile phone number, e-mail address
