DETAILS
The only other cost for your rental is 40 Euros that you pay directly to the key holder.
As well as cleaning the apartment after your departure, they will provide you with sheets and towels. This means the apartment will be cleaned and made up before you arrive as well as when you leave...so you don't have to worry about a thing. There may be an additional charge if you arrive out of hours.


CONDITIONS
A £100 deposit is required to secure any booking, with the remaining rental balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Last minute bookings are accepted providing full payment is cleared before the arrival date.

Rent covers electricity and water. Sheets and towels are provided but please bring your own towels for use at the pool/ beach.

A fully refundable damage deposit of £100 is also payable to the agent. This is refunded on your return home, subject to the satisfaction of the key-holder that the apartment is left in the condition it was in when you arrived & all keys returned.


EC ruling now states that all holiday-makers must have full travel insurance. Please make sure you take out adequate travel insurance against cancellations, loss of belongings, accident, etc. We cannot take responsibility for any loss, damage or injury - however caused.
