Price can be negotiated for long term winter rentals.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking (please note this is non refundable) with the balance of 70% being paid no less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We also require a refundable deposit of £200, as security against any damage, breakages, or loss of property.

Check-in is after 14.00pm on day of arrival and check-out is before 10.00am on day of departure. If no other guests are arriving / departing on the same day other arrangement may be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

Please note that we DO NOT accept wedding parties. If it comes to our attention at any time that you are part of a wedding, hen or stag group, you will forfeit any monies paid, and your booking will automatically be cancelled.
