Special offer: Long stay discount - 10% discount if length of booking is equal to or more than 21 nights. The rental price includes an allowance of 40 units of electricity per day. Any units used in excess of the allowance will be charged at 5 Baht per unit and is to be paid to the keyholder before the villa is vacated. This allowance covers normal usage of electricity in the villa. However, excessive use of the air-conditioning and jacuzzi will exceed the allowance. Check in from 10am - Check out before 3pm.
