Rental rates include bed linen, towels, electricity and heating which is on 3 times a day.
During bank holidays, school holidays and peak season, bookings are accepted for 7 nights minimum, unless it is a last minute booking.
There are high walls and open waterways at this cottage. Therefore we do not accept children under 5.
If you wish to book a short break and the price ends up being higher than a weeks price, please send a message prior to booking. This will ensure you are not charged more than a weekly price for a short break
