Payment shall be by bank transfer into a £GBP account or € account. Account details will be confirmed when the booking is secured.
A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to secure the booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks before arrival date and non-refundable
Where a booking is confirmed within 8 weeks of your arrival, the full balance is payable and non-refundable.
A deposit of £75 is payable with your final instalment and this will be refunded immediately after your departure once the apartment has been inspected.
Where a deposit or balance is lost due to cancellation, we will fully support any insurance claim.
Where fewer than 7 nights are booked, you shall never pay more than the weekly rate.
The price includes accommodation for up to 5 people, bed linen, bath towels, electricity, Air Conditioning & Internet access
