In high season (july and august) the changeover day is Saturday. In August, the minimum stay is 2 weeks.
Electricity bills are settled apart: we will do a reading of consumptions at beginning and at the end of you stay, and there is a fee of 0,40 euro per kWh. The sum have to be paid cash before departure.
