Rentals are typically from Sat. to Sat. during July and August but you are welcome to explore other days of the week that may suit your travels or flights; outside this time the periods are always flexible to help clients take advantage of cheaper mid-week air fares; September and October are of great value with some of the airlines with temperatures typically still in the mid 20's.
Pool is open for use during the summer season and on request for other times of the year except never in winter; an extra charge applies for the pool to be open outside peak season.
Additional charges for water and electricity may apply at cost outside the summer season. Extended rental periods are welcome to negotiate a special rate (per example 1 to 3 months).
