OUR PRICING POLICY
We price your stay from a minimum of 4 guests per night. Extra guests at price per person per night indicated.
IMPORTANT- PLEASE NOTE - we only accept a minimum of 6 guests in high summer season) so it is perfect for smaller groups of guests to enjoy all year round.
For over 8 guests please ask us for a quote, as the additional guest fee will depend on how many there are of you and sleeping arrangements. This website will show the standard additional guest fee charged up to 10 persons, which is not correct as we stop the standard fee at 8 persons, so please contact us if your party is bigger than 8 persons. We do not charge for children who are in cots.
Maximum occupancy is normally 10 - 12 (using the sofa bed) but it is possible to accommodate more, depending on the mix of adults and children or sleeping arrangements. We have electrically inflatable mattresses and linen for additional guests.
IF YOU BOOK FOR FOUR OR LESS AND MORE WISH TO COME LATER YOU CAN ADD ON GUESTS RIGHT UP TO WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND THE PRICE WILL BE AMENDED.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
All house linen including bath towels are included. Please bring your own swimming towels.There are no extras for utilities and there is free WiFi.
PAYMENT:
Booking terms are 30% on booking (if booking well ahead then the deposit is collected gradually) and the balance 3 months before departure. Please make sure that you have adequate holiday insurance as cancellations within 3 months of your holiday start date are non-refundable.
Damage deposit is £200 per booking and will be refunded within 10 days following departure provided there is no damage.
For lets of 9 nights or more there is a charge of £25 to cover a mid-stay clean & linen change. There is an additional end of stay cleaning & laundry fee of £50.
