Penalty for leaving the Villa messy: you will be charged of 110 Euros in addiction
It is forbidden to smoke inside the villa. If you smoke you will be charged 85 Euros for the ozone sanitation of the house.
Loss of keys: penalty of 55 Euros
Last minute booking surcharge (within 24h): 25Euros
Late Check out surcharge (check out up to 6pm): 50% of the following night price

All guests can rely on our usual booking cancellation policy (see all conditions) although we highly recommend to all our guests to take out a travel insurance covering all costs of cancellation (including due to Covid-19 related situations). We continue monitoring the developments and impact of the virus as travel restrictions may be applied/change without notice dipending on national or abrouad health situation.
