There is a £200 security deposit which will be refunded after your visit once the key has been returned, there are no reported breakages and it has been left in a cleaned state.
Price includes: electricity, water charges, WiFi, cleaning of communal areas only, snow clearance in parking area in winter and local tourist tax. As is the custom in France, you should provide your own linen and the apartment must be cleaned when you leave using the cleaning equipment provided. However, our managing agent in Chatel is able to offer a cleaning service on your departure (by prior arrangement only) for 75 Euros. They can also arrange for linen, quotation for linen on request.
