These prices are for all four properties if taken as a whole.The minimum stay is 4 nights EXCEPT during PEAK Season when the minimum stay is ONE WEEK. Normal changeover days are SATURDAY for ORCHARD and COURTYARD and SUNDAY for TERRACE and PARK. WE ARE UNABLE TO ALTER THESE DURING PEAK SEASON. At other times we are happy to be flexible on arrival days wherever we can and it may be possible to changeover all properties on the same day. The cottages are also listed individually under the following property references: 104110 - Terrace; 60886 - Orchard; 60887 - Courtyard, and 105280 - Park.
Gas and electricity are included in the price, but there is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR HEATING between 1 NOVEMBER and 31 MARCH (excluding Christmas & New Year).
As classified tourist accommodation we are required to collect TAXE DE SÉJOUR on behalf of our commune. For COURTYARD Cottage, rated 3*, the rate is 1.18€ PER PERSON (18+) PER NIGHT, for TERRACE, ORCHARD and PARK cottages, rated 4*, the rate is 1.96€ PER PERSON (18+) PER NIGHT. We will confirm the amount before arrival once we know the numbers of adults and children in your party and will ask for payment in cash euros during your stay.
