The listed rental price refers to occupancy of 2 guests. For each additional guest (up to 3) we need 15 Euros per day, for preparation, laundry, cleaning and higher costs of water and electricity. Discount of 5% for 3 weeks holiday or more; and for repeating guests. Possible little discount for long occupancy or for 1 guest, depending on the period. Good Independent Unlimited Free Wi-Fi. Minimum stay 1 week, except special set periods. In the remaining spare dates, due to the need to occupy the whole period and since the minimum stay is one week, a specific changeover day will be required.
