Literally on the beach. 1hr15min high speed train from Kings Cross.

Every room has sea views. It is a listed building of architectural splendour with 3 x double bedrooms and one bunk room.

It has caves, wood burning stove, brick bbq, a record player, space invaders and table football.

It is a unique property in Ramsgate and offers a great deal of room for guests in terms of bed spaces and bathrooms, and acts as a perfect base for visitors to the area.

The perfect beach location is an ideal base for visitors to set out and explore locally. You are within walking distance of all of Ramsgate's eateries and attractions and within a couple of miles of Broadstairs and Margate.

The front terrace has a Barbecue a table for 8 and deck chairs.

On the entrance level is the living and dining areas and a kitchen in the tunnels. All the rooms look out over the sea.

3 Granville Marina has been completely refurbished from top to bottom so everything is brand new and of the highest quality. The linen for the house is all cotton, all beds are really high quality with goose down duvets and pillows.




Within the town of Ramsgate, much fun and enjoyment can be had down at the harbour and at its close bars, pubs and restaurants, much like any other seaside town.

“Lovely - and great to have no TV”

It was a great location , very convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped but we would have liked a microwave.
