Description

A beautiful house set within the hill side of Raithby. The living areas are spacious and light with incredible views over the Lincolnshire wolds. Recently built, this stunning eco house is run off renewable energy and has a green, bee friendly, roof. A log burning fire, roll top bath and high spec technology make for a perfect county retreat.

The house itself has been tastefully decorated and the gardens designed to work at one with nature. The site is wonderful for wildlife with an abundance of outdoor space and grounds totalling half an acre. There are two patio areas, a balcony and lawn space, plus plenty of secure parking.

The internal areas have been decorated to the highest standard, using natural, sustainable materials. Limestone flooring, quartz surfaces and European oak have been used throughout to compliment the surroundings. The latest technology has been installed with entertaining, working and relaxing in mind. Features include a premium Wifi connection, a surround sound Sonos System, with access to Spotify Music and a 55 inch HD smart TV with Netflix.

Please note the glamping pod is counted as a double bedroom. It is very beautiful with oak parquet flooring its own patio, and bathroom with shower. It is heated with a thermostatic electric heater and is only 15metres from the main house.

Getting around

The house is set in beautiful countryside and the best way to explore is via car. However there are lots of attractions close by and a bus service running between Skegness and Lincoln departs from just a 5 minute walk from the house. There are pubs and a town within walking distance and a train station at Boston about 20 minute taxi ride away.

Interaction with guest

The house will be left ready for you. With everything you need to start your holiday. Fresh towels, made beds, cleaning products, toilet paper, tea and coffee, milk and a nice big basket full of logs so you can settle in straight away. Someone will always be a phone call away should you have any problems but it is highly unlikely

“Fantastic weekend”

A group of us,family and friends, stayed for a long weekend prior to my daughter's wedding in July. Had a great time in this beautiful house. Plenty of room for relaxing and having fun. Pictures don't do it justice. It's very private with lovely surroundings. The glamping pod was lovely and has a good size shower room. The owner Annie was easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely book again. Thankyou Annie.

“Uniquely designed Eco house with additional Glam Pod”

Commanding beautiful views this open planned premises on two levels provided an excellent venue for a Christmas family get-to-gether. Within walking distance to the the Market town of Spilsby and surrounding country side. A walkers delight. To find fault with this uniquely designed premises would feel like a betrayal to the aspirations of the the owner Annie who at all times prior to and during our stay was found most personable and accommodating throughout. It was our experience (Christmas festivities) that for this to be a comfortable holiday destination the accommodation would benefit a freezer facility within the kitchen area and with an oven that could cope with more than one item being evenly cooked throughout. Please don't let this negativity detract from the positives of this fantastic place to stay.

How do damage deposits work?
