A superb, luxury air-conditioned villa built in a perfect location, with the most beautiful and scenic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa's interiors are glossy and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows and minimalist furnishings that emphasize the sea views. On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining and living room, a fully equipped laundry, a double single bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. An amazing stairway takes you to the first floor where the other 2 double rooms (1 with en-suite bathroom with shower) a twin room and a bathroom with shower and a hot tub are located.

The infinity pool (10mt * 4mt) allows you to experience the peace and tranquility of your own oasis retreat, reclining on a comfortable chaise longue and basking in the Sicilian sun.

The beautiful terrace gives you access to an outdoor bowling alley and also allows you to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding olives and carob trees, typical of the Ragusa area.

For up to 8 people only 4 bedrooms are open, the fifth bedroom opens only upon payment of the extra.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If SEDEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
