Within easy reach of Tiverton and the A361 the North Devon Link Road, the barn is really well placed to explore the county. Travel North to Woolacombe and Saunton Sands for days out at the beach or enjoy miles or quiet roads that traverse the moorland of Exmoor. Dartmoor National Park is also within easy reach as are the shops and restaurants of cathedral city of Exeter.

The property is enclosed by a gated access with private parking on a gravel area adjacent to barn and garden that has a picnic bench for enjoying the summer sunshine. The barn is a characterful and historic building, with lime its former life.

Two bedrooms on the ground floor have use of a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower over. Upstairs a modern mezzanine level equipped with sofa and TV is a useful space for children to escape to . This leads into an attractive master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. Close by there are a number of pubs within a couple of miles, the Stag in at Rackenford within a mile and a half. The village also has a shop and post office. Parking for two cars or more is available immediately outside the barn.

First floor: Mezzanine lounge with TV. Master bedroom with 5ft bed, en-suite shower room and WC. Other amenities: Ipod dock, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, two stair gates and barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided. Under floor and central heating. Dogs welcome at £25 each, per week.
