Facing South, the Placello is a spacious farmhouse overlooking trees and an authentic bread oven. It is perfectly equipped for large families (11 persons + crib) with a chauffée(de juin à août) pool and large gardens.

It is equipped with a large kitchen / dining room fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. A washing machine is located in the laundry room, ideal to store your market, fishing or beach equipment. A bathroom is located in the extension of the kitchen on the ground floor. A large living room with French ceiling has an insert in a traditional stone fireplace. Still on the floor is a double bedroom with bathroom adjacent, ideal for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor, you will find 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds, 1 triple rooms and a third bathroom

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
