From the owner

Quinta das Salinas is situated between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Casa de Pai has been owned by our family for a number of years and is located just a five minute walk from the stunning Ancao beach, with the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve on its doorstep.

In 2016 the house was completely gutted and refurbished which has resulted in an ultra modern feel with an exceptionally high specification.

The house shares a beautiful pool and garden with three other properties and is set in very tranquil surroundings. The property has recently been updgraded and refurbished throughout including a fitted kitchen, three new bathrooms, underfloor heating throughout and an air conditioning system along with many new mod cons and furnishings, a top of the range Table Tennis table in the private rear garden. We are now pleased to offer free Wifi Internet and Apple TV.

The large roof terrace offers a built in traditional BBQ and wonderful sea views, perfect for relaxing and dining "al-fresco".

The house offers extremely flexible accommodation, whether it is for a family holiday or a group looking for an ideal base for a golfing trip where we can assist in securing you discounted green fees.

The property enjoys three large bedrooms each with its own ensuite, a large lounge diner, a fully fitted kitchen with all the home comforts, three private terraces and small private garden area. There is also a cloakroom off the lounge / diner.

The swimming pool, which is directly next to our property, is shared with three other properties, however it is extremely quiet and private and rarely used by others. The other three properties are owned by very friendly locals and therefore the pool and large garden area is generally only used at weekends or evenings.

Car hire is recommended, however I have a very good relationship with a local car hire firm at very good rates and would be happy to pass on my discount to any of our guests.
