The condo unit is in the heart of through fares;restaurant,malls,banks,supermarket and schools.Walking distant to SM North Edsa and a few minutes away to public transportation like MRT,jeepneys and buses.Security deposit of 5000 pesos must b given before check-in(refundable).and will be given back after the inspection if there is no damage or missing item.Electricity and water are not yet included.

The owner should give all details so they will not have problem from the security

The good things shopping are just nearby,but we have problems when we came as the owner did not give all details and the security did not allow as to get into the premises that give as stressed

Thanks for the review, it is really such a big help for us so we can serve you much more better, but some of your suggestion like for the permit of using the amenities, i really cant do anything for it because that is the policy of the SM Grass Residence and we the owner do the same thing as well everytime we took our vacation. For the water supply, when i was there i never encountered those problem because everytime i ordered a gallon of water they asked me always if they can deliver it anytime if i said il be out then i pay the water and they leave it outside my unit. maybe they are quite busy when you ordered yours. Let me say sorry if you've encountered those problems.. i am still hoping that you will consider my unit on your next vacay

Why can't I call Jasmin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jasmin (the owner) a message.

If Jasmin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
